Palpitation is a two piece (Maria Vejde, Ebba Carlén and sometimes with friends,) indie twee band from Sweden. They create upbeat music with gloomy undertones fused with husky, grated vocals. The mixture leads to music that is "love at first listen", perfect for those drab Sundays where you sit and look out the window and watch the world go by slowly. They released I'm happy now EP in 2008, and in April 2010 their self-titled album Palpitation was released on Luxury Records. Their latest album, I'm Absent, You're Faraway was released in June 2011.
