In the fall of '95 six hardcore fans united into what is now Implant Pentru Refuz(IPR) - one of the first Romanian hardcore bands. Some of the members had some musical experience, the rest just had the desire to create something "strong". The five that started it all are: Octavian Horvath(Vita) - vocal
