El Postre (engl. "the dessert") is a german "Songs 4 Free" - Rap Metal band from Kamp-Lintfort near Duisburg in Germany. History El Postre were formed in 1997 by half spain and half german brothers Marcel and Andres de la Puente.
In 2004 El Postre signed a contract on independent label Mara Records. Two years later their first official album Das Fundament (engl. "The Basement") was released. Very first single should be the song Tief im Herzen (engl.
